VINTAGE LOVE SATURDAY...VINTAGE DOLLS

It's Vintage Love Saturday over on SouthernLadyVintage's blog. This week's theme is vintage dolls.

I thought this would be perfect since the holidays are upon us. A beaded lady, dressed with a furry white top hat and a white bead for her muff. Made from plastic beads and safety pins, these were popular in the 1960's and are very collectible today. This little lady has a nose off center! Too cute!

You can check out all the vintage doll posts on SouthernLadysVintage blog and while you are there, be sure to vote on next week's theme. Everyone is welcome to join in! It's easy to do and you can meet lots of new bloggers.

More information on this beaded doll can be found in my Vintage Tinsel Etsy Shop

  2. Love the beaded dolls! Imagine an entire group of them on a holiday mantle or surrounding a Christmas village.

  3. She's so sweet ... I'm glad to learn they are from the 60s. I love her muff, and maybe her "nose is out of joint" ? No, she looks too festive to be annoyed.
